I have designed a clear, progressive, and structured process to support you at every stage of your web project. From analyzing your needs to delivering your website, including a free demonstration and tailored support, everything is planned to ensure efficiency and transparency.

We start with a discussion to understand your goals, your needs, your business, and the key elements to include in your future website.
Analysis of Your Project
After our initial discussion, I invite you to complete a project questionnaire that allows me to effectively structure the next steps and prepare the demonstration phase under the best possible conditions.

To gather your information and better understand the main outlines of your future website.
Demonstration Agreement (no commitment)
Once the information is collected, I send you a Demonstration Agreement to sign. This agreement governs the creation of a Mini-Site or free interactive mockups, intended to present you with a first visual version of your future website.
This demonstration allows you to discover my approach, the quality of my work, and my understanding of your project while formalizing my work within a secure framework (intellectual property, confidentiality), and leaving you free to decide on the next steps.
Mini-Site and Next Steps Options
I deliver the Mini-Site or the interactive mockup within 7 business days from the signing of the agreement.
You will then be able to review it for 5 days and provide me with your feedback regarding:
- The design,
- The presented content,
- The planned functionalities.
If you wish to continue the project, I will then send you:
A design and development contract
To frame the entire final project.
A detailed quote
Clearly defining the scope of the service.
A deposit invoice
Often 50% of the total amount, to start the production.
If you do not wish to continue: no further action will be taken.
The Mini-Site will be kept temporarily for an additional 25 days, then permanently deleted.
Reminder: partial or total use of my creations without written agreement is not permitted.
Website Development
If you choose to continue with me, the complete development of your website will begin upon signing the contractual documents. I will handle the development according to the schedule we agree upon.
A 30-business-day testing period is planned after the website goes live, during which you can:
- Verify the proper functioning of the site,
- Report any adjustments or anomalies.
I commit to promptly addressing all elements included in the initial project scope.
However, if you wish to make changes outside this scope—such as adding a new section, redesigning an existing feature, or integrating a third-party tool, I will assess your needs and then provide you with a detailed proposal specifying the cost and timeline.
No work will be done without your prior approval.
Maintenance & Post-Delivery Support
Once the site is delivered, I offer you several support options to ensure the stability and evolution of your site:
- Assistance and support (updates, backups, security, correction of minor bugs or anomalies),
- Content updates (adding text, images, products, etc.),
- Functional evolutions upon request.
Maintenance services are available by subscription, hourly, or by quote, depending on your needs.
Prices and timelines may vary depending on the project. A Shopify subscription and a domain name are required upfront to host and publish your website.
